Aside from a spacious area set aside for personal fitness also offered are a variety of disciplines available through the center such as yoga, zumba, cross-training, kickboxing and deep-water aquatic fitness are available.

Zumba is one of the more popular group fitness classes offered at the Turner Center.

Free tours of the facility and the equipment are also available at any time to introduce students to the program.
